Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Chopped Pineapple (Fresh or Frozen)
1/2 Cup Chopped Mango (Fresh or Frozen)
1.5 Inch Piece Peeled Ginger
1-2 Cups Water or Coconut Water
Small Handful Fresh Mint
Squeeze of Lime Juice
1-2 Tbsp Lakewood Inner Leaf Aloe
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
