Jen's Chocolate Smoothie
The cacao makes this smoothie super rich in polyphenols for powerful anti-inflammatory effects! Cacao is also rated with a high ORAC score (measure of antioxidants to absorb free radicals) to protect us from all the toxins we’re exposed to daily. Yay for chocolate! 👏🍫
Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 Pitted Dates
1/2 Cup Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Navitas Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (No Alcohol)
2 Cups Almond or Coconut Milk
Optional: 1 Tbsp. Sun Potion Tocos Powder & 1 Tsp. Manuka Honey
Blend with ice & enjoy! ✨
