My Top 5 Reason to Limit Alcohol:
Accelerates aging MUCH faster by increasing overall inflammation & dehydrating skin. You can always tell who are big drinkers.
Poor sleep by restricting the release of the Human Growth Hormone (HGH), melatonin, and other hormones. The sleep disturbances are the WORST issue from drinking, in my opinion.
‘Spirits’ are the quickest way to lower your vibration. Be careful who you drink with when drinking.

Ingredients:
1/2 Part Health Ade Lemon Ginger Kombucha
1/2 Part Mt. Valley Sparkling Water
1/2 Squeezed Lemon
Top with Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Pour into wine glass or serve over ice!
