Peaches & Cinnamon Gut Healing Smoothie

This is one of my current favorite smoothie recipes for healing your gut!

INGREDIENTS (ALL ORGANIC):

  • 1-2 Cup Coconut Water

  • 2 oz Aloe Juice

  • 1 Cup Frozen Peaches

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. Psyllium

  • 1/2 tsp Cultivate Elevate Pearl Powder*

  • 1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon

  • 2 Dates

  • Momentum Shake Protein

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients for 10-12 seconds and enjoy!
