Energizing Morning Smoothie

This morning mix will keep you energized and satisfied all morning long!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mango

  • 1 Cup Pineapple

  • 1/2 Inch Peeled Ginger

  • 1/4 of an Avocado

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk

  • Pinch of Fresh Mint

  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean

  • Optional: Scoop of Living Collagen from Ancestral Supplements
