High Fiber Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
5 Organic Eggs
2 Very Ripe Bananas
1⁄4 Cup Coconut Oil or Grass-Fed Ghee
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1⁄4 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1⁄2 Cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 tsp Organic Baking Soda
1 1⁄2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract (No Alcohol)
1-2 Tbsp Nut Milk of Choice (No Carrageenan)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Grease tin, and mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients except for the milk. Mix well, add nut milk. Add into each muffin tin. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes and enjoy with a tab a ghee butter. Delish!
