Yes, a glass of wine has antioxidants but ultimately…alcohol is a poison. It’s okay to have in moderation but #dryjanuary might be the perfect time to give your liver a much needed break!

My Top 5 Reason to Limit Alcohol:

  • Accelerates aging MUCH faster by increasing overall inflammation & dehydrating skin. You can always tell who are big drinkers.

  • Poor sleep by restricting the release of the Human Growth Hormone (HGH), melatonin, and other hormones. The sleep disturbances are the WORST issue from drinking, in my opinion.

  • ‘Spirits’ are the quickest way to lower your vibration. Be careful who you drink with when drinking.
