Jen's Morning Matcha
I love coffee but matcha steals my heart. I love it because it’s less caffeine and helps produce l-theanine — a calming amino acid. This drink will give you a lift but without the jitters. Try my recipe below!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Warmed Fresh Goat Milk
1 Pack Pique Matcha Green Tea*
1/4 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
Scoop of Native Path Collagen*
6 Heart & Soil Skin Hair & Nails Capsules*
1/4 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1-2 tsp Raw Organic Honey
Sprinkle of Celtic Salt
