Jen's Winter Chill Tonic

Ingredients:

  • I Cup Homemade Almond Milk

  • 1 Pack of Pique Reishi 

  • 1/2 Tsp Manuka Honey

  • 1/4 Ceylon Cinnamon 

  • 2-3 Drops Young Living Clove Oil or Dash of Organic Ground Clove

  • Dash Pink Himalayan Salt 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and enjoy this relaxing drink! This is my go-to when I’m craving a filling warm and chocolatey drink.

Ingredients for Almond Milk:

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds (Soaked For 4 Hours)

  • 3 Cups Filtered Water

  • Dash Himalayan Salt

  • ½ Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Dates To Sweeten

Directions:

Rinse the soaked almonds, add filtered water in blender to blend for 20-30 seconds. Pour the liquid through a cheese cloth or nut bag to make the beautiful almond milk. Then, blend all ingredients together.
